Engagements so far: systems builds and CTO leadership for Bid, Echometrix and Econominds — plus time-tracking software for accountancy, apps for social connection and health, and embedded-systems integrations.
Designed and built the platform end to end, grew the engineering team, and took it through seed funding. The scale journey didn’t complete — and the hard-won lessons on hiring, runway and timing are some of the most valuable experience I bring to a board.
Spun out of a small IT team I led — grown from four people in a tiny room to a 26-person worker co-operative turning over £1m+, delivering bespoke software across retail, energy and membership organisations.
